1. Payment Terms

• For New Customers (First 3 Orders): Any purchasing party placing an order for the first time must clear 100% Full Advance Payment with the order submission. Complete payment verification is mandatory prior to manufacturing and material initialization.
• For Established Customers (From the 4th Order onwards): Once a client successfully concludes 3 consecutive bulk fulfillments, a 50% Advance Deposit is required at order placement, and the remaining 50% balance must be settled within 7 days of order arrival at the buyer's destination.

2. Transport & Delivery Expenses

• All logistics, shipping, and cargo transit costs must be entirely borne by the purchasing party (buyer).
• This includes specific bale packaging charges, heavy-duty industrial tightening bands applied to the cargo bales, local rickshaw transit fees to the transport depot, and the full Bill of Lading (Bilty) dispatch documentation expenses. All transport overheads outward from our factory floor remain the client's commercial liability.

3. Replacement & Defect Policy

• Transit Damage Exception: If commercial transport handlers apply freight hooks during cargo loading, causing material tears, puncturing, or damage to individual seat covers or entire bales, such components will not qualify for replacement. Our factory assumes no liability for transit-inflicted damages.
• Manufacturing Stitching Defects: In case an item presents structural structural stitching flaws, we will provide full standard replacements. The buyer must first route the defective covers back to our facility. Verified replacement stocks will then be shipped seamlessly alongside the client's subsequent bulk order shipment.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• The minimum baseline volume requirement directly from our industrial factory floor is fixed at 200 Pieces (200 Pcs), which constitutes precisely 1 Compressed Bale of wholesale goods. Orders falling below this quantitative threshold cannot be authorized.
